This policy explains what information Keva (“we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address and message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records each request it receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. These logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
What we do not collect
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its pages, fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting it does not send information to other companies. We do not take payments or collect payment details through this website.
Please do not send health information
The contact form is for business inquiries. Please do not include personal medical information or test results in your message.
How we use information
- To reply to your message and deal with your inquiry.
- To keep the website running and secure — for example, the contact form limits how many messages can be sent from one address in a short time, to stop abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where information is kept and who can see it
This website runs on servers operated by Amazon Web Services in the United States (Oregon). Messages sent through the contact form are stored there and are available to the Keva staff who handle inquiries. Email sent to info@kevadx.com is handled by our email provider, Google.
These providers process information on our behalf. We do not otherwise share personal information, except where we are required to by law.
If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
Web server logs are deleted after 14 days. We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our business correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@kevadx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.
Security
Connections to this website are encrypted, and access to stored messages is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
